Liked the location. The apartment was clean.

We had to collect the keys from a different location. There were ni clear directions to the apartment. Once you reach the apartment, it was confusing as to which apartment is yours on the 4th floor as there were 3 apartments. The staff did not inform us, and there was no door number. We wrongly disturbed other apartment tenants. The lift/ elevator was not working. We had to climb to the 4th floor every time. There is only one bathroom for 8 people, and the shower curtain did not cover the shower area, and water would be all over the bathroom floor.
