We had a great stay. The location is absolutely perfect – right on Gran Vía, with easy access to the metro, shopping areas, museums, and all the main attractions in Madrid. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The hosts responded very quickly to all our messages through Booking, which we really appreciated. We also arrived in Madrid earlier than expected and asked if it would be possible to use the room before the regular check-in time. They kindly accommodated our request immediately, which made a big difference after our journey. A special thank you for that! We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Apartament był wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Bardzo podobał nam się system dostępu bez kluczy, który był niezwykle wygodny i bezproblemowy. Lokalizacja była wręcz idealna, wszędzie można było dotrzeć pieszo w krótkim czasie. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, a ręczniki miękkie i przyjemne w użyciu. Szczególne podziękowania należą się gospodarzom – kontakt z nimi był doskonały od początku do końca. Byli niezwykle serdeczni, pomocni i było widać, że zależy im na tym, aby nasz pobyt był jak najlepszy🤍

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem.
