Chueca Apartments - Dúplex en el Centro de Madrid

Posizione eccellente, servizio ottimo da migliorare solo la pulizia dei bagni (ho trovato capelli nel water al primo utilizzo, doccia non proprio igienizzata)

The app to unlock the door is an awful idea and doesn’t work properly.

The location, albeit front rooms were woken at 4:30am with street cleaners

Gaining keyless access was tricky, although we were talked through it. A surprise 650 euro deposit was requested last minute, we reported a small piece of accidental damage, nearly 3 weeks later I’ve not heard back or received a balance…..in fact they have blocked my message Total disgrace, will need to take this up with booking.com, but wouldn’t recommend using this apartment / company as they have basically robbed us of deposit

Location. The team managing the flat was easy to contact and responded promply.

Security-security-security... There is only one flimsy door that separates you from a busy street. The building's door downstarir is always opne as it's used by suppliers and staff to access San Ildenfonso market. Sliding door to terrace doesn't lock and was told that it wasn't possible to fix it. Not a safe flat to stay with family as it'd be very easy to break in. In addition, loads of loud noise from market and street througout most of the night. But at least i was aware of this noise=-issue. Lack of security was a deal breaker. PS: expect a response from Chueca Apartments to my comment saying that they never had an issue. That's not the point. Feeling safe in the place you rent is the complain I'm making.

Top location, design of apartment and privat teras in the middle of city. Everything was there. Only change the beds in main bedroom, they are dissaster. Overall was great! 😊

Location - the location was perfect for us. Centrally located and with everything we needed within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The staff were helpful and quick to rectify one issue that we had. Nice terrace to sit on and good a/c.

Our only thoughts to enhance the property would be to replace the old television with a smart telly, as i am sure they have international guests and access to Netflix etc would be beneficial for those that do not speak Spanish.
