NOTHING, THE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE

EXTREMELY UNSAFE - DO NOT STAY HERE WE WERE ROBBED WHILE WE WERE OUTSIDE !!!! Someone from staff entered our apartment without our consent to change the TV that was broken. They claim “30-minute notice” is consent : It is NOT. We never agreed to anyone entering! When we returned, the TV was replaced and several of our belongings were missing (valuables, cash, all our shopping). We contacted the establishment and they refused to help or send anyone. We filed a police report that same night. There was no forced entry, which is extremely worrying in a building with digital-only access through their app. The check-in itself took us over an hour because the app barely works, and the building has no cameras at all. Even worse: we later found out that another guest was robbed in the same building just ten days before (see review from Maria in the review section). They already knew there was a security issue and still did nothing no warning, no extra security, nothing. Their attitude has been dismissive and irresponsible, denying any connection between the unauthorized entry and the robbery. We are escalating this to Booking and legal authorities. For your own safety, AVOID THIS RENTAL AT ALL COSTS !!

Местоположението. Близо до станция на метро-10 минути пеша, спирки на автобус пред апартамента. В близост хранителни магазини, и заведения за хранене. Кухнята е прекрасно оборудвана и има всичко необходимо като кухненска посуда. Бих отседнал отново в този апартамент.

В апартамента беше прекалено топло, може би е хубаво да има инструкции как да намалим отоплението, декември месец спахме на отворени прозорци, това е разхищение на ресурси. Леглата не ни бяха много удобно, вентилатора в банята не работеше. Апартамента се предлага за 6 души, но кухненската маса събира само 4 човека, може би е хубаво да има резервни столове.

La verdad hubo muchos inconvenientes para poder ingresar al apartamento, llegamos a las 11 de la mañana y logramos ingresar al apartamento hasta las 6 de la tarde y teníamos un niño pequeño que estaba agobiado y estresado de estar todo el día sin poder descansar. También nos pidieron una fianza de 200 euros que es por algún daño en el apartamento, cosa que no sucedió porque solo fuimos a dormir y al llamar me dijeron que todo estaba bien y se haría la devolución en unos días, supuestamente se retenían en la cuenta, pero los sacaron de allí, luego dijeron que se devolvían a los 7 días y ya ha pasado un mes y hasta el día de hoy no nos han entregado nada, es un robo lo que hacen porque cada que llamo me ponen mas trabas sobre el asunto pero según ellos ya lo devolvieron pero en la cuenta nunca aparece, nisiquiera se si los van a devolver.
