Rio Plaza en Madrid

O apartamento fica perto de muitos supermercados o que dá muito jeito. É uma casa agradável e confortável para uma estadia.

O isolamento sonoro dos quartos não é o melhor, ouve-se muito barulho do exterior. Elevador virado ao sol fica muito abafado. O check in deu alguns problemas na parte do depósito de danos.

The location was good

There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet had urine on the outside.

- well connected - good transport links - close to grocery stores - easy check in with clear instructions - good amenities

- hidden deposit cost - perfect amount of space for 4 people but a bit of a push for 5 - lack of toilet paper

Comfortable space with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was clean and neat. Bus stop was right in front of the apartment and there was a supermarket close by.

I notified the owner that the air conditioner was not working properly. It was uncomfortable to sleep in the hot apartment at night. I also notified them that the sofa bed had a broken leg, I hope they get those taken care of soon.

Location was great.. very close to the subway, .. a cros the street papa jones pizza place, little store next door ..
