"Perfetta per gruppi ampi e soggiorni brevi"

Posizione fantastica e per gruppi è difficile trovare qualcosa di meglio. Appartamento ampio affacciato direttamente su Gran Via. Ogni camera (da 2 a 4 posti) è dotata di un bagno indipendente. Cucina comoda e presenza dell'ascensore.

Per un gruppo di amici a Madrid per svago un paio di giorni questa struttura è stata perfetta. Per lunghe permanenze potrebbero risultare un scomodi i bagni essendo spesso ricavati all'interno della camera e quindi non vere stanze da bagno. E le docce non offrono il massimo della privacy.

The location. The main thing this property has going for it is the location. The bathrooms are remodeled and nice, too.

This is a very old property. Not much has been done to make it more up-to-date in probably 25 years.

Great location . Very clean , plenty of space ! The bathrooms are clean and functional, the beds comfortable. Good communication with the lady who looks after the property

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful city!"

We traveled with 5 families, 11 adults and 6 children. There was ample space for everyone - the rooms were nice sized, plenty of comfortable beds, and a bathroom for each person.

A few times the showers were cold and I didn't care for the ecological toilets - they pushed water back up from the reservoir into the sink so you couldn't keep things on the sink shelf.

Huge flat, we were 9 adults and 3 children. Everyone has its place and privacy. The location is excellent
