"Unglaubliche Lage. Sehr sauber. Alles funktioniert. Kleine Details sind verbesserungswürdig."

Die Lage: Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Sonnenschirm. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht auch Küchengeräte alles intakt. Auch Waschmaschine! Sehr hilfreich! Toll ist der Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Breiter Strand für Kinder, Surfschule etc. vorhanden. Bar, Restaurant und hervorragendes Fisch- Bistro vor der Haustüre. Kleiner Laden unweit des Hauses im Campingplatz. Großer Jumbo- Markt 2,5km entfernt.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. (Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Küche und Bad). Nach Aussagen hat der Eigentümer aber Verbesserungen schon geplant! Kleiner Abzug: Das "Stockbed" = Doppelstockbett ist tatsächlich nur für kleine Kinder, denn die Matratze kommt bei großen Kindern / Jugendlichen an die Grenzen. Vielleicht kann man da Alternativen vom Vermieter anbieten oder nachbessern. Kein echtes Problem, sollte man aber wissen, wenn man mit 2 großen Kindern anreist (Stand 4/2026)

Die Lage war perfekt. Man ist sofort am Strand und drumherum sind viele Angebote für Kinder und Familien. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und kommunikativ. Hat sich sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert.

Die Ausstattung innerhalb der Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pfannen und das Geschirr müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.

"Lage und Aussicht top, Rest eher (unter)durchschnittlich"

Absolutes Highlight ist die direkte Aussicht aufs Ijsselmeer! Direkte Strandlage. Nette Vermieterin.

Das Gebäude und die Einrichtung und Technik der Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Alles wirkt zusammengewürfelt und renovierungsbedürftig. Teppich als Bodenbelag ist ebenfalls nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Alles wirkt insgesamt etwas lieblos, das geht besser. Größes Manko war jedoch das Thema Sauberkeit, die Lobgesänge diesbezüglich sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Leitungen unterm Waschbecken haben Grünspan. Staub wird notdürftig und z. B. um den TV herum gewischt. Fenster dreckig. Geschirr war dreckig. Beim Verschieben des Wohnzimmertisches kamen Nüsse und Fußnägel zum Vorschein. Von uns also für die Sauberkeit eine glatte 6! Wem das alles nicht egal ist, sollte es sich überlegen. Wir würden dort nicht wieder einchecken.
