Rainbow sea view apartment Spa n Pool resort - parking

Mi-a plăcut că este aproape de plajă și foarte bine utilat: are cuptor cu microunde, plită și vase. Paturile sunt confortabile, iar fotoliul de relaxare completează perfect atmosfera plăcută.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că apartamentul nu era suficient de curat. Podeaua nu părea spălată, toaleta nu dădea impresia că a fost igienizată corespunzător, iar dușul și suportul acestuia erau pline de calcar și ar necesita înlocuire.

Utilată cu tot ce a fost nevoie.

Wspaniały widok na morze! W nocy cisza, w dzień mnóstwo atrakcji. Blisko jest małe wesołe miasteczko. Dużo restauracji od dan tradycyjnych po grecką kuchnie. Sam apartament na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo dobry kontakt. W aplikacji wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy z informacjami. W budynku czysto i schludnie

Działanie windy było słabe, zatrzymywała się często na piętrach gdzie nikogo nie było, po zamknięciu windy drzwi ponownie się otwierały na tym samym piętrze. W naszym budynku były 2 windy, ale jedna nie działała.

The best and only great thing about the place is the view, and the location being so close to the beach, attractions, shops etc. I also appreciated the hosts promptness to fix the issues which arised during our stay, if she didn’t message me and fixed everything so quickly, this review would’ve been a lot worse… The other good/positive was how well equipped the apartment was, from coffee machine, to toaster, microwave etc. really useful when you travel with kids.

First of all, the towels which were nicely packed and put out for us were visibly dirty and veryyyy old probably. The bedding was also dirty (underneath the covers the sheet was stained badly that even my child kept asking why the bed is dirty and if we had to sleep there)… I thought we could “work” with these issues as some stains I know are hard to come off, and maybe the towels and bedding were hygienised because they smelled ok/like clean. Then the BIG problems started, I have a UK SIM card, I needed WiFi… I added the password etc numerous times, it simply didn’t work. As soon as I opened the bathroom door a plumbing horrible smell filled the whole place… I opened all doors and windows and put on the fan to make it go away… I thought it’ll pass by the time I returned from the beach. Surprise, when I returned in the evening, the smell was even stronger, then we wanted to shower and there was no hot water. We even had some “instructions” about what to do if hot water doesn’t work (which should’ve been a red flag from the start but I tried to be positive lol). Given the situation, I followed the instructions, I turned on the gas buttons, I reset the central etc. after about 3 hours of trying, I gave up on hope that we’ll have hot water that night. I messaged the hosts, I emphasised how bad all these issues were. After all these, I went in the bedroom and guess what? The heater in that room was leaking everywhere, the room floor was soaked in water. It just felt like it was a health and safety hazard to stay in that place any longer, especially with a toddler. I messaged the host again at 1am and told them that if the issues don’t get sorted in the morning I need to find somewhere else to stay and need my money back. They were responsive and someone came in at 9.30am to fix things. On 2nd day at least we had hot water, the heater stopped leaking and we got a password to another WiFi… But the bathroom kept smelling bad and we kept having water issues..a shame..

Location close to the beach, free parking space, chic apartment.
