Cukoos Nest

This is a very comfortable room in a great location in Fort Kochi. We immediately felt at home with a lovely welcome from the host, Jude, who also helped to organise a backwaters tour for us. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much Jude.

Very much a home away from home. The way the hosts tried to make the guests feel comfortable is to be appreciated. Placing Books covering a varied subjects is perfect. The provision of a sit out was very serene.

nothing much slightly not on the main road. so carrying luggage to the property was a bit frustrating. especially due to the narrow lanes. otherwise it was ok.

Lovely apartment and balcony in a fantastic location, walking distance to kathakali centre and Fort Kochi. The host was great and organised tickets for us to attend a Kathkalki show which we thoroughly enjoyed. He was also very knowledge about the area and provided us with advice on where to visit. We checked in late to the accommodation which the host was happy to accommodate. If we ever visit Kochi again we would definitely book another stay at Cukoos nest.

Hosts were very welcoming, room was perfect, lots of space, comfy beds, nice shower, lovely balcony with the room, location was great, tucked away but close enough to walk everywhere, we felt very comfortable here, and are hoping to come back again soon!

Cukoos Nest is a tasteful,quiet paradise place to stay with clean and comfy rooms and a lovely balcony that overlooks a super garden! We were greeted with a huge smile and tea and fruits plus a little map to find our way around. The staff are delightful. Biju organised a canoe tour of the backwaters which was an amazing and eco- friendly experience. Our breakfast was just lovely- a gentle pea curry with fluffy rice pancakes and the addition of toast, butter and jam and lovely fruits.

The friendly and helpful owner, the big balcony and the quiet location. We had every morning a great breakfast. An special the last morning as a Surprise Christmas cake and Christmas wine.

We booked this accomodation few days before our arriving at Fort Cochin. Our travel plan has changed and we found this place on booking.com. I knew from the first moment that we chose well. The house is in a quiet street and very very clean and well maintained. The room is spacious for two people, clean and neat bathroom. It had a terrace too. Comfortable, good ambience. The host, Mr Jude is really helpful man. He looked after us and helped in everything, gablve useful information about locations, sightseeing, food. He helped us in booking cab and gave his time to us. He is a real host knowing what tourists need.
