Appartamento piccolo ma, incantevole per la posizione

La pulizia molto scarsa, ho mandato foto al proprietario di polvere, attrezzature sporche e asse del water rotto. Per onestà devo dire che dopo la mia segnalazione hanno provveduto a sistemare quello indicato nelle foto, sicuramente chi si occupa delle pulizie andrebbe licenziato perché non è possibile non vedere certe cose, sporche da tempo. Per la cifra pagata dovrebbero dare un servizio migliore.

"Charmant studio bien situé au cœur du vieux Colmar."

Le studio est décoré avec goût, très bien situé au sein d'un petit immeuble typique du vieux Colmar auquel on accède par un escalier en pierre et bois. L'accueil est sympathique avec un plateau de courtoisie offert aux hôtes. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien.La literie est de qualite et un climatiseur est à disposition.

La table de la cuisine est un haut plateau avec des tabourets de bar, pas commodes pour utiliser également comme bureau pour travailler. Le séjour est néanmoins agréable et on se sent bien dans le logement.

The property is in a perfect location, right in the centre of the most picturesque parts of Colmar. It was extremely quiet, well equiped and very comfortable. We would definatley recommend a stay here,

"Cosy and comfortable"

The apartment is in a fantastic central location in the vielle ville. The owner was easy to deal with, and responded quickly to questions. The studio is small, but clean and reasonably equipped. The room has no washing machine, but a list of available laundrettes is provided by the owner. The only very small negative is that the shower is quite small which might be an issue for some people (tho it wasn't for me). The building is nicely appointed and everything feels very comfortable and secure. I really enjoyed staying here.

Philippe, the owner was incredibly generous. My wife was extremely sick from the flu and my flu symptoms had evolved into pneumonia. We had to leave our prior apartment due to a new booking and Philippe let us move into his empty apartment 6 hours earlier with out charge so that we wouldn’t have to sit in a cafe while being so ill.
