The entrance to the apartment will be by virtual keys/ code. All guests must make the registration of their identity documents (upload photos of ID documents and selfi), and sign the parts of travelers/ rental agreement through our website (via link we will send you) before your arrival at the apartment, for its subsequent sending to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of 26 October, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/ hotels. Once you check in you will get the virtual keys to access the apartment. Guests who do not wish to register their identity documents online, must request check-in at the apartment, this service has a cost of 30 €.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Rewelacyjny przestronny apartament ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem. Czysto, wszystko nowe. W samym centrum starego miasta Kadyksu. Przy kamienicy restauracje.

Jedyny problem to zaparkowanie auta ale coś za coś, w końcu to samo stare miasto, pod kamienicę nie można podjechać autem. My zostawiliśy auto na pobliskim parkingu płatnym ok.300m

"Apartment is really lovely, attractive decor, nice quality towels and linens . Kitchen"

We did struggle with the link to the front door access. Luckily a sweet old lady resident kindly let us in and directed us to our floor and apartment. Then we did have trouble with the actual door to apartment , it was all in how you turned the knob once you had entered the pin. The owner/manager must have been able to observe our troubles and help us with access . We were hot and tired and not too techno so possibly just us !

Estaba limpio, muy completo y la anfritriona amable

La accesibilidad desde el aparcamiento como el acceso a la vivienda, ya que habia muchas puertas y era dificil y tuvimos que pedir ayuda a la anfitriona mas veces de lo que esperabamos Ademas el pasillo dentro de la vivienda es de cristal y se ve al vecino de enfrente aunque haya unas cortinas

El propio apartamento y la ubicación: excepcionales

Para entrar en el edificio y en el apto.necesitas las instrucciones. Pero al abrir el enlace que mandó la empresa a través de BOOKING se habría el registro pero NO esas instrucciones. Al enviarlo a través de WhatsApp se abría perfectamente. El problema lo ocasionó BOOKING.

Accès très compliqué, et hôtesse un peu sèche sans doute peu à l’aise en anglais. Conditions d’accès trop stressants après avoir marché avec les valises. Explications trop complexes. Ensuite l’appartement. Est somptueux et bien placé. La ville est superbe.
