La Casita de Nerea XL

Elegimos viajar a CUENCA por casualidad,en verano queríamos salir de la zona de playa y turismo masivo.No llevábamos mucha expectativa pero en cuanto Juan(el dueño de la Casita de Nerea) contacto con nosotros después de la reserva,todo cambio. Es un hombre muy agradable y desde el primer momento se preocupa porque lleguemos con una guía muy bien hecha de todo lo importante para ver en Cuenca: restaurantes, excursiones, monumentos..etc...todo muy bien explicado.Ademas la casita de Nerea está muy bien situada para moverte sin problema tanto al casco antiguo como a la zona nueva y sin coger el coche. La casa es muy agradable,limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos,como en casa.Y si sumamos la atención de Juan para que no faltarán detalles;soy celíaca y se preocupó porque al llegar a la casa tuviera algo para comer y beber,y también para mí pareja.. jeje...hace de nuestro paso por Cuenca una gran experiencia. Otro a punto a favor es que pudimos llevar a nuestro peludito sin cargo adicional. Sin duda un lugar para volver. Gracias Juan por todo.☺️

Un departamento extraordinario y muy cómodo para conocer la ciudad antigua de Cuenca. La Casita de Nerea cumple con todo lo necesario y mas. En una ubicación cerca de la Plaza Mayor, es un apartamento en el casco antiguo de Cuenca, reformado con instalaciones excelentes, aire acondicionado, cocina incorporada, lavadora, TV, WiFi y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días recorriendo la ciudad. Juan, el anfitrión, una persona demasiado amable y preocupada de resolver cualquier duda o necesidad. Él nos recibió, nos mostro el apartamento, nos dejo un vino y magdalenas para disfrutar nuestra llegada. Estuvo en todo momento preocupado de nosotros, nos aconsejó lugares que visitar y donde comprar productos de la zona además nos ayudó a conseguir el taxi cuando nos retirábamos. Para quien quiera visitar o conocer Cuenca, que además es un destino imperdible, La Casita de Nerea es el lugar indicado para quedarse, sin ninguna duda

Excellent location and the attention to detail from the host were outstanding. Lots of lovely cakes and bread for us on arrival was great and the extra details provided helped us to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary - so thanks Juan!

The car parking garage was challenging as it was very steep. It was also quite uphill from the property so transferring luggage was interesting! However, Juan was very helpful in giving a guiding hand for parking and with the luggage.

We greatly thank to the Owner for being a great host! This is probably one of the greatest appartments for families to spend their holidays in the area. Very good location with just a couple of minutes of walk to the Plaza Mayor and The Old City center with all interesting sites. The house/appartments are outstandingly clean, organized, perfectly equipped and decorated to fully satisfy the needs of its guests. Again many thanks to Mr.Juan for his sublime hospitality which we felt as if we were staying in a friend's place and we're already planning to visit here soon again!

Excellent location. Very clean, warm and comfortable.

A charming quiet apartment. Very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with a hot and strong shower. The apartment is located up the hill, halfway between the Plaza Mayor in the old town and down the hill to the new town. Cuenca is a beautiful city and being located in the old town is best for sight seeing and with an indoor parking space it is so convenient even though the car space is not in the same building. Our host was very helpful in meeting us and also left us a delicious bottle of wine and some little cakes. The apartment is well equipped including a washing machine. The two restaurants our host recommended were very good.

Everything was very satisfactory. Walking up and down the hills keeps you fit.
