"Typisch Spaans appartement in levendige wijk"

Ruime keuken en slaapkamers, goede badkamer. Faciliteiten in keuken zijn goed.. Bed ligt lekker en comfortabel. Leuke en goede voorzieningen in de wijk. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is gied, maar wel wat aandachtspunten om rekening mee te houden, maar als je dit geen issue vindt een aanrader.

Waar komen de vliegen vandaan ? Let op dat appartement wel 20-30 minuten lopen is naar het centrum, maar je kan ook de bus nemen die zeer frequent rijdt. Je moet drie verdiepingen op trap naar boven lopen en gebouw is redelijk gehorig, Voor lange mensen zijn deurposten laag en met name bij de badkaner: heb mijn hoofd drie keer gestoten en moet wennen aan bukken als je de badkamer uit loopt.

Гаряча вода, швидкий інтернет, добре укомплектована кухня (відсутній чайник, але схоже це особливість Іспанії, бо в жодному житлі яке ми ту знімали його немає) Є пральна машина. Тихий і спокійний район, поруч супермаркети та парк. Чудове транспортне сполучення Дуже чіткі і легкі інструкції по заселенню. Було відчуття, наче вдома, і не хотілося їхати звідти

El piso está muy bien equipado y muy limpio.

lo único malo es que es un tercero sin ascensor y nosotros íbamos con un bebe con carrito así que cada día al salir costaba un poco y aparcar no era sencillo

Me encantó el detalle de tener no solo la cocina con todo lo necesario del día a día , sí no que también nos dejaron diferentes cafés , te , miel , azúcar , leche , no es algo que suelas encontrar en los alojamientos ; a parte la casa estaba suuuper limpia y muy acogedora. Sin duda , cada visita a Gijón que hagamos , será en la casa de su .
