Penthouse Dreams

Donnie is an amazing host and everything was perfect, thank you! I loved that the place felt like a real home, which is very rare to find.

Super clean apartment, beautifully decorated. The host Donnie has really made it look like a home not a rental unit.

Everything was good about property, nothing to dislike. The host arranged a small bed for kid as well without asking. My wife and daughter went to irvine.

Located close to a nature reserve, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to a bike path that gets you to UC Irvine and goes on to the beach. Very well-equipped kitchen and friendly host.

Safe and secure (as solo female). Friendly and accommodating host. Balcony overlooking the pool. Spacious apartment and nice to have artwork around. Proximity to organic food store, restaurants and wildlife reserve. Jacuzzi at the pool and 3 pools to choose from. Nice to have house plants inside also.

Loud neighbours in apartment below at night. Loud road especially with the window open. The pool in front of the apartment was often too loud with screaming kids or adults playing music most afternoons, evenings and weekends (I stayed for most of July).

Donnie is very friendly and gave a detailed introduction. Everything needed was available in the apartment. The community is quiet and beautiful.
