Well maintained and clean apartment , located bang on the lake side 3rd floor. Could improve on adding few facilities in second bedroom . Non availability of parking is not a deterrant - as road side parking space is available .

1. Could add few English news channel on TV 2. Add a closet/wardrobe in second bedroom. 3. May improve quality of crockery

Place and the view was really good, better than photos. Rooms are clean. Good place to hang out with friends.

It's a great stay for travelers, in very low price they provide very much facilities and comfort. Owner Javed is very good person & very frank. I am really satisfy with this stay.

We were going to Lavasa for first time and booked this property on booking.com. The owner Javed is very friendly. We reached to the property at 2:30 in the night and he was waiting for us to hand over the keys. Even prior to us reaching there he called us a couple of times and gave us proper directions. The flat was too good. It looks even more beautiful in person than in pics. We checked into a 2bhk flat and the view from the balcony and both the bedrooms was breathtaking . The property is very well maintained and our stay was very pleasant. The property is an absolute value for money. Go for it.

Excellent prior communication before even starting from my home.The host helped me out with route and contact throughout my way. The hospitality is good as the host was waiting to receive and explained to me the entire property. The food quality is very good.The property is very well maintained , hygiene and cleanliness is up to mark.
