Appartamento molto bello e molto luminoso. Dotato di tutti i servizi e comodissimo. A 50 metri dal mare, in una posizione tranquilla. La presenza di un posto auto è importantissima data la difficoltà di parcheggiare in Lerici.

La casa è luminosa, fornita di tutto, pulita e ha spazio sufficiente per una gestione autonoma da parte di ciascun ospite. Il garage è facilmente accessibile, e la posizione molto buona: di fatto in dieci minuti scarsi sei in centro, ma sei in posizione ideale per muoverti verso le altre destinazioni della zona (in centro con la macchina a Lerici è davvero sconsigliato muoversi). Il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo ci siamo chiusi fuori casa da soli. Nulla di grave ma da tenere a mente che questo errore non va fatto. La porta a scatto ha questo difetto. Attenzione!
