Center Apartment - Chiado - Heart of Lisbon

- Emplacement permettant de visiter à pied l'essentiel du centre touristique (environ 15 min à pied de la place du commerce) - Appartement assez spacieux et joliment décoré, mêlant modernité et tradition (azulejos dans la cuisine et au salon) - Cuisine très bien aménagée avec tous les appareils et ustensiles nécessaires, présence des ingrédients de base - Grand placard dans la chambre avec beaucoup de rangements - Canapé lit de qualité - Petit patio agréable donnant sur la chambre et la cuisine - Balcon donnant sur une rue assez calme côté salon, chambre totalement au calme côté patio - 2 salles de bain avec toilettes - Amabilité du contact - 1 seul étage à monter !!!

- Salle de bain attenante à la chambre à rafraichir (traces de moisissures, peinture écaillée) mais elle reste jolie et agréable avec une grande baignoire - le bruit provenant des voisins du dessus (vieux parquet je suppose, on entend tous les mouvements) - la porte de la petite salle de bains ferme mal

הדירה ממוקמת באזור מרכזי. נכנסים עם קוד בדלת הראשית ויש מפתח/קוד לדירה. הדירה גדולה מאוד ועל פניו יפיפיה, רק חבל שהמקלחת והשירותים מאוד ישנים. האסלה רוקדת ולא יציבה. דירה מאוד גדולה ומכילה סלון, פינת אוכל, מטבח, חדר שינה, 2 חדרי אמבטיה, וזה מעולה, ומרפסת קטנה ומאוד נעים לשבת בה. קיבלו אותנו בבקבוק יין ואפשר לרכוש עוד בעלות מאוד נמוכה. העליה במדרגות לדירה מעט תלולה וישנה. אפשר ליהנות בדירה והכל מאוד מרווח למעט מה שציינתי.

כפי שציינתי, הכניסה והעליה במדרגות לדירה, מעט ישנה ולא נעימה. וחדרי האמבטיה שמעט ישנים, אך זה בטל, ביחס לגודל הדירה.

incredible location!

the photos hide it, but the property is not well maintained and has some shabby construction (or reno?) details. for the price, this was unexpected. nothing glaringly awful, but the little bits add up. when we first walked in we were definitely disappointed. over the days, the charm of the location won us over and we embraced the old construction of it all.

Good location as advertised. Comfortable unit . Basic cooking items provided like oil,salt, pepper etc which were very helpful. And also cleaning detergent for kitchen and laundry. We were also offered a bottle of wine

Chipped cups and bowls . Minor repairs required for toilet flush and taps . Proprietor did offer to come and have it fixed

fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, location, AC, washing machine, spacious, super fast wifi

no elevator (1st floor)

Perfect location, quiet apartment that has everything a family needs. AC in every room. Responsive hosts that helped with every request we had.

We're a couple + 2 children and only had 2 double blankets when we arrived. When asked for extra they were delivered the next day. Some of the bathroom and kitchen closets are a bit worn out due to use.
