Santana 4 - Checkinhome

The property is clean and spacious (3 adults travellers). The place is well organised and the kitchen has sufficient utensils and cutlery, with complete kitchen needs, such as convection oven/microwave, dish washers, washing machine. The apartment is on the top floor, hence it has a lot of privacy and pleasant lookout. The location is central to many places of attraction.

The property is located on a steep slope and getting to the property can be challenging. There’re also a lot of steep steps to go to the top floor and not to be underestimated.

noise at night. no fire exit ( we were on 4th floor) stairs extremely challenging and not suitable for seniors or not suitable for someone with physical limitations

Jose, very kind and helpful. He really helps us to join the city. In the end the house is really nice and the position is really good.

- Property was close to many important and touristic things

The staff communication was very poor, with no sense of client orientation and interest. After the booking was finalized and our credit card was charged, we learned the check in is from 15:00 -21:00 and after 21:00 tenant had to pay 15 euro for check in after 21:00. Ok! Alright! We were contacted 15 times by the property 3 days in advance for the exact check in time which we did not have a clear clue ourself. After all you go to holiday to forget about deadline and relax and be a bit spontaneous. We scheduled our check in time at 20:59. Due to traffic and unexpected incidence, restaurant delay in preparing dinner … we were at the property on 21:13. The staff lady handing over keys was pushing to get 15 euro for 13 minutes delay. Such an unprofessional behavior. We did not pay. The day after the property kept sending us again messages that we have to pay them this money… To stop the property staff to further make our stay as hell we decided to pay them a tip for the 13 minutes delay. I found the staff behavior unfriendly and like taking advantage of the huge wave of tourists in Lisbon.

The apartment is very clean and spacious, the room is bright, has nice breeze. We love their fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you need. Maria was very helpful, gave us lots of tips about what to do and where to eat in Lisbon.

The street this apartment is on is quite noisy at night, but nothing you can change about that, no complain.
