La ubicación es muy buena y parece estar bien insonorizado, no escuchamos nada por las noches. Además había toallas grandes y secador.

El piso no es cómodo. Tercer piso sin ascensor, techos bajos y un baño diminuto (ducharse era una odisea). Me parece caro para la calidad del piso.

El barrio sucio y ruidoso. La casa vieja, solo le han lavado la cara para las fotos, pero todo viejo, roto ... Los desagües del baño huelen fatal. No tiene ni una salita de estar , y si tienes dificultad con las escaleras, no vayas , los escalones super altos y muy estrecha. Decepcionante todo.

Great location: tram stop, shops and bars/restaurants within 5 min walking- master bedroom and ensuite from appartment 2 is great and worth a 5 score - service/communication and reaction from Bernardo & Susana is timely, quick and accurate. Appartment 2 is good value for money.

Appartment 3: attic appartment with little fresh air and natural daylight, kitchen, shower & bathroom very small. Beds & matrasses could be improved.

The area was lovely, felt like we were transported in time on the cobbled streets and our little descending staircase that led to the apartment. Quiet at night as we weren't on a main road but only 2 mins walk away from it, so we loved the location. The lockbox and code made it so it was easy for each of us to get in and out of the building and flat without having to coordinate the key. We enjoyed the abundance of natural light as well as the airy spaciousness of upstairs. Although downstairs felt a bit tight and dark we were able to convene together upstairs.

The ladder between the two floors was a little difficult to use and some of us didn't feel safe using it, which meant it wasn't quite as convenient as we hoped, but it made quite a fun experience nonetheless and added to the quirkiness of the space. We joked it was the fireman's entrance/exit. Both of the shower heads seemed to spray out of the shower so the bathrooms would get quite wet but we had enough towels to handle the floors. Overall, a lovely experience.

The walls were so thin that we heard people coming in all night plus all the walking afterwards on the upstairs rooms. Also the noise out in the street felt like the windows were open…we got very little sleep

Esta muy céntrico.

No cerraba las puertas del interior de los apartamentos, solo nos dieron un juego de llaves, se oía todo, no funcionaban los radiadores, microondas, secador, ni la TV del apartamento superior.
