The location of apartman in the center of the city is top top.

The toilet was broken in we were not happy with it.

The location and rooftop balcony can not be beat

This is a no frills property so it was lacking in some touches that would have been nice like a couple days worth of coffee for the coffee pot. It’s an old building which is full of charm but that also means no outlets in the bathroom to get ready and only one mirror near an outlet in another bedroom. Also the view makes the hike up the stairs worth it but it is still a hike up those 5 levels of stairs. There is no a/c and only 1 small fan provided. The towels smelled like mildew so we had to share one towel between the 5 of us for our couple of days.

Amazing view. Lots of space. All appliances necessary. Perfect location. I would go back to this place if I would visit Lisbon again.

5th floor for an elderly person was a bit difficult. But it was worth it though....

Very nice apartment, the view is incredible

It’s in the 5th floor with no elevator

The neighborhood was awesome, cozy outdoor restaurants everywhere along the winding stairs and alleys. So much history in the area, statues of Camões and Adamastor, rhe ruins of the Carmel convent. Apartment was nice and clean, with a breathtaking view of the city from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach trains. The plazas around tended to have musicians, in particular in rhe evening, adding to the ambiance.

A microwave oven would have been nice, perhaps they wil add that.

We really liked the perfect views from balcony, every evening after exploring Lisbon we spent at balcony sipping wine and enjoying views. The location is absolutely perfect. Opening doors to get inside building and inside flat using app also great thing. No key is necessary, all you need is a smartphone. Wi-Fi is very good. Kichen is well equipped.

Only one thing we didn't like was not closing doors inside flat. Toilet doors, rooms doors-they just not closing, because all door locks are not functioning. So, the privacy was corrupted.

The apartment as such is nice, the location and view superb. The owner gives quick replies. 

You ought to know: The apartment is in the fifth floor ("5 andar") with NO ELEVATOR - steep stairs with a very low banister leading to it. This information is missing in the description.  The flat and the balcony seem a tiny bit run down. There's an unprotected socket by the bed in one sleeping room. And: It's cold, (in March) since there is no heating.
