Location and able to self cater, hot water, broken shower head usable but been like that all year. Heaters helped in lounge and bedroom.

Nuisance collecting keys - not sure why code to get keys not possible. I confirmed pick up time which was changed by your agent. Fridge doesn’t work properly - not holding the temperature and lots of condensation on top. No welcome water, no kitchen roll , no water lighter for cooker, thin summer duvet so cold in bed in winter, no washing up equipment, apartment was damp and needed airing.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló. Egy kilátó (miradouro) a közelben, a 28-as villamos megállója 5 percen belül, a ház előtt is buszmegálló, ha város távolabbi pontjára mennénk, vagy további közlekedési csomóponthoz. Ezen kívül végtelenül csendes, eszméletlenül kényelmes ággyal. Boltok 5 percre.

A fürdőszoba faláról málik a festék a párától, ami miatt penész is megjelent. Ez talán valamilyen jobb megoldással javítható lenne. A konyhában a hűtő tetején folyamatos meggyűlik a kondenz víz, ami a hűtő sajátossága lehet, de erről talán ki lehetne tenni egy tájékoztatót, hogy senki semmit ne tegyen a hűtőre, de ne is ijedjen meg, ha először tapasztalja. A security deposit gyorsan visszautalásra került, talán 3-4 nap múlva már vissza is kaptuk.

Appartamento spazioso e in zona tranquilla a ridosso del centro storico.

Il vicino di appartamento che ogni giorno si è lamentato per il rumore. Lamentela assolutamente fuori luogo per una famiglia come la nostra che usciva di prima mattina e rientrava verso le 22, si comportava educatamente, facava la doccia e andava a letto.

Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung sich im Erdgeschos. Die Wohnung ist super an die Öffentlichtlicheverkehrsmittel angebunden. Der Kundenservice war sehr gut zu erreichen und hat fehlende Materialien in die Wohnung gebracht.

An der Hygiene und Ausstattung kann man noch arbeiten. In der Wohnung gab es ab und zu kleine Käfer, die wahrscheinlich von draußen reingekommen sind, aber die Wohnung hat Insektenspray.

Fridge freezer isn’t working properly a lot of residual water on top of the unit. Shower bracket needs replacing and has fine for some time. I’ve stated 4 times this year.
