"Perfect, provided exactly what we needed."

Location - close to plenty cafe/breakfast spots. Walking distance to most areas of the city you want to explore. Far enough away to avoid any noise from nightlife. There is a supermarket 2-3 minute walking distance for all of your needs.

"A great 3-night stay in Lisbon! Location, Location, Location!"

Theresa was there to greet us with the keys and provide us with a quick overview of the apartment. She was a joy to deal with and very responsive to our asks. The apartment is very well situated and the famous Tram 28 was steps outside our door. Not noisy at all at night. Close to shopping and restaurants

The steep stairs were definitely a bit of a challenge. If you have heavy luggage be prepared to climb the steep steps with luggage in tow. There is no elevator. There was a stuffy/stale smell in the bedrooms up in the loft area which I suspect is from the age of the building and the hardwood floors.

The accommodation is spacious and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a larger family or for a group of friends. It has everything you need and Teresa was really helpful with tips and tricks and advices. Also there is a nice coffee show downstairs with great food , coffee and sangria:) The apartment is walking distance from a lot of touristic attractions. The beds were comfy! The fact it has 3 bathrooms it is also a big plus.

The only think we did not enjoy was the mildew smell( no mildew visible )During the stay , once the heat was turned on, it was not that intense anymore.

Theresa met us to hand over the keys, which made the experience nice and personalized. We were offered a free late check out the day of departure which greatly helped my family. The apartment is wonderfully renovated! Such a great location too.

Host is very nice and contacted us before our arrival to organise our preferred beddings and airport pickup. Big apartment with 3 bedrooms.

Washing machine not working well. It took us sometime to figure out the machine door needs to be pushed realllllly hard to close it. Bathroom vanity sink was clogged.

Everything, it was the best accommodation. Theresa was so wonderful and you we all highly recommend, will defo go again.
