"Boa relação custo benefício, com boa localização. Repetiria."

Localização no centro de Lisboa, a poucos metros da zona do Cais do Sodré e da Assembleia da República. Transportes públicos perto. Prédio típico. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para se poder fazer refeições, com mobiliário básico, mas funcional.

O prédio é antigo e precisa de obras de conservação, nomeadamente as partes comuns (escadas, porta de entrada). O próprio apartamento precisa de alguma intervenção.

Sehr gute Lage, aber am Wochenende sehr laut, da im EG ein Restaurant ist und viele Leute auf der Straße stehen. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Restaurants, Kneipen fußläufig entfernt. Schöne Holzdielen.

Die Wohnung hat einen starken Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit.

The location was great, close to the heart of the city. The apartment was clean and big enough. It was a good value. The communication with the staff was quick and great.

The insulation and the heating system of the apartment should be increased/developed.

Lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni, dwa komplety kluczy.

Czwarte piętro bez windy i bardzo strome i wąskie schody, niebezpieczny balkon, nakaz posprzątania po sobie i wyniesienia śmieci (zawsze to robię bez nakazu). Nie zamykające się drzwi od sypialni.
