Nice apartment and very well located

Exellent location, but noisy because of air planes and traffic.

Second bed was very uncomfortable, sink in a bathroom leaking and clogged - impossible to use and also had to drain water not to flood floor. Poor cleaning, poor host reaction to sink issues.

Located on a quiet street near many bus and tram stops. 15 minutes from city Center. Lots of local restaurants and supermarket within walking distance Bathroom has no hooks to hang up clothes / bath towels but the room has lots of storage space in cupboards No one told us that the microwave was a outside on the patio area and we only discovered it on our last day Our biggest issue was the electronic lock system not working on night leaving us stranded on the street in the pouring rain with a small child! The WhatsApp contact we had was not responding and eventually we reached someone on the booking.com chat who was able to tell us about a physical key located in a secure box outside the apartment. We still had to find a way to enter the building ourselves as no one offered to help get us in. Luckily someone form another apartment opened the street door for us but this experience left a bad taste in our mouths. If you are using smart technology, please inform people of the key as back up when they check in!

Just the location.

For the 11 days, we had to use the same towels and bed sheets. The apartment had many cockroaches, even inside the fridge. All the carpets were dreadfully dearty. The green quilt in bed was dearty, too. The arms of the couch in the leaving room are broken. The location is good.

They "forgot" the apartment was already charged when I made the reservation almost 2 months prior our arrival to the place and then suddenly charged it again when we are about to do the check in. Money was refunded in a couple hours after a conversation about it. It was def an unpleasant experience. Check in hour (4pm) is debatable

Upon first impressions, the apartment appears wonderful. However, it is certainly not suitable for four adults. The location is perfect for enthusiasts of LX Factory, albeit a bit distant from other amenities.

Even though we booked for four guests, the bed was only prepared for two. This became apparent as accessing the bathroom or kitchen once the sofa bed was opened required climbing over it, disturbing others who were asleep. Furthermore, the lack of a bedroom door knob deprived us of privacy. The undersized beddings on the main bed compounded the discomfort by frequently slipping off the mattress. The incessant noise from a dog in the building disrupted our sleep from the early hours of the morning until late morning, and even during the afternoons when presumably left alone. Despite reaching out to the owner, this issue persisted throughout our five-night stay. To make matters worse, our fourth night became a nightmare with the unwelcome appearance of several cockroaches in the bathroom. This was the last straw, prompting us to shorten our trip. However, despite providing evidence of the unsanitary conditions, the property refused to refund us for the night we checked out early. Regarding the so-called "complimentary toiletries," a meager offering of body wash and an empty hand wash dispenser hardly meets expectations. Given the steep price charged, one would anticipate a more generous provision, perhaps including essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and even a tea towel. This lack of attention to detail only adds to the disappointment of our stay. The outdoor area was equally disappointing. Filthy sofa covers, broken pillows, and water seepage issues on the patio made it an unpleasant space to use. Additionally, the carpet emitted a damp, musty odor, further detracting from our overall experience.

I liked how clean and well presented the place was and had lots of storage space.

Location, great public transport links, Restaurants and bars nearby apartment was very clean and modern had almost everything we needed would stay again loved the outside area

A bit of a smell in the public area and in the apartment which went after we opened doors and windows could do with somewhere to hang towels etc in bathroom
