Appartement très bien aménagé

L’appartement n’était pas propre On voit que c’est un appartement qui a été rénové récemment avec des coups de peinture qui trouvaient des murs abîmées et de mauvaises finitions (C’était un peu un cache-misère) Je déconseille le quartier pour des femmes seules (sale et très mal côtoyé)

Location is convenient, though at very steep hill (to us not a problem). Honestly it’s the only reason I’m gracious enough not to give this place way worse rate. Bed itself was quite comfy - and that is all good I have to say about this place.

It’s basically a trap. Things from the picture may be there, but instead of minimal cute look, you get a damp, dirty, dark place. - The level of damp is horrible, you can smell the mould, you can feel the dampness, towels never dry and clothes that we brought dry, we had to pack with all the humidity they got from there. You can try all you want to make it better with AC and dehumidifier but it’s of very little help, - This place is just DIRTY! Mould between tiles in a shower is one thing. The shower would not drain fast enough so you’d stand ankle deep in water. But the absolute horror was when I saw MOULD GROWING ON BED’S HEADBOARD!!! - They clearly don’t care about fixing the issues. When we came to the place, upper drawer in the bedroom was broken - they didn’t even bother to put it back in place so it would at least seem fine, the front was just hanging there. And I just saw review in here from 25th of April with exactly that broken furniture. A month ago! It’s a joke. - Whoever designed this place, should try spending there one day without going crazy. Sink is so small, that even being a small short person, washing face in there was a challange. Hot water runs out in the middle of second shower. Sitting in a sofa - impossible, back pillow is tiny and the depth super big, more like sitting on a bed. Not a single big mirror. I probably could go on…
