FLH Downtown Charming Flat

Close to many tourist attractions. Easy of finding food. Secured door, felt safe, very quiet, good for small family of 3.

One unwanted 'guest' in the form of a small cockroach that ran under the wall too quickly. Could use some white lights in the bedroom for visitors above age 50 where our eye sight isn't as good as before.

Location, spaciousness, decor, easy to use and comfortable of room, wet areas(toilei flush, water pressure and hot water), staff contact quickly, everything is perfect!

The staff was accurate and so quicky to reply always. Nothing complain but seemed inorganic and a bit cold. It made me feel uneasy slightly before my stay. It would be better if the staff act friendly.

Mosquito bites, poor shower drainage, broken doorstops on floor

Location was great! The suite was spotless. The quality of the towels, furnishings etc were excellent.

Small things could be improved. No place to hang one’s jacket and the towel knobs were pointless.

central location, nice clean apartment with all you need.

Bed was a bit small, was two singles.

Nothing everything was perfect

The location was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need

The shower was broken and the water flowed to one side, it was a little difficult to take a shower
