Angel's Duplex Terrace Five Bedrooms

It could do with a little more TLC but served it's purpose for our trip

There are a lot of stairs

- close to metro and bus stops

• Had to pay a deposit of 200€ which i only was informed about after booking • the flat was *extremely* run-down, nothing like the polished photos. I will be starting with the smaller faults going on major health risk: - The shower door on the first floor doesn’t close (which was already mentioned in reviews a few months ago but obviously nobody cares enough to fix it) - Most chairs feel very wobbly, as does the fridge - Light on the terrace does not work - There’s long cracks in most of the walls, where water started to drip into the house when it was raining (2-3 places). The other cracks where it didn’t rain into the flat accumulated visible humidity in no time - There’s a hole/ very visible damage to the wall towards the balcony facing the street - MOULD formed within a day after it started raining in the upstairs hallway and the upstairs bathroom. (Which probably means that it’s only just cleaned away whenever it appears without being properly treated) • Staff: When we told the staff about the wetness and the mould they just said that it was a known problem. That is not only unacceptable all around, it’s a major health risk. Had i known the state this apartment was in, i would never have booked this place for our stay

Host met us to show us the flat. He also gave us a lot of good advice on what to see in Lisbon. There was an office on the street level with staff on site the whole day. They were super friendly and helpful.

The flat has some wear and tear. It could do with some maintenance, but nothing that effected our stay.

The apartment is very big and nice. Enough room for a big family/ company . The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. We were pleased with the comfort of the beds. Lot of the storage space for suitcases. There is a nice terrace on the second level. Just to mention the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Not easy to get there with all baggage

The shower on the first floor of the apartment had a broken door and it was very difficult to get in and out of the shower. The shower on the second floor had slightly blocked drainage and it also gave it a little discomfort. As we needed to look every time that water is not overflowing. Everything else was fine.

Loved the location, loved at how helpful the staff were.

Just the powercuts.

Nice firm mattresses. Decor, terrace was great, high ceilings, water pressure in showers. Having reception below and being able to store our bags.

Chairs on terrace need upgrading, maybe a plant or two and better lighting. Full length mirror near plug sockets would be good.
