the location is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the centre, even closer to some fashionable areas, but quiet at night. the apartment was very clean and comfortbale, not luxurious but everything you would expect. We didn't meet the host but they were very communictaive and made getting access etc very straightforward. they also provided a very useful guide to attarctions, restaurants etc that they had obviously written themselves -a nice touch, along with the half bottle of local red wine!

there are about 50 stairs up to the apartment - quite steep, narrow but deep too! not easy with a large case, small kids or if you have any fitness issues! fine for us but too take note. Also for a top floor apartment, the views were a little disapointing - the back of other apartments rather than the sea or nice buildings! finally, not a comment on the property but we recommend that you don't try and drive yourself in Lisbon!

Excellent location, right in the heart of the cool district, near shops, restaurants, cafes, shops, facilities. Main bed was very comfortable and plenty of room in the bedroom for us

Probably a bit too tight for space in the living room being 3 of us. Would have been nice for some cold water in the fridge on our arrival. Sofa bed was a little uncomfotable but as we were there for just 2 nights it was fine overall

Hosts were very responsive and made check in easy, location was excellent, very comfortable, lay out of apartment also great

Comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen and apartment. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Baixo-Chiado subway station. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and responsive.

The access to the apartment is very complicated, you have to go up 3 levels of extremely steep and straight stairs.

No big deal, just lots of stairs to the apartment. Normal for Lisbon I think. 😀

Three flights of steep stairs with family luggage. Shower gel and shampoo were poor quality.

Great location. Comfortable in a 2. Easy check in.

Electricity would often cut out if too many things on at once. Comfortable in a 2 but wouldn’t recommend in a 4 as small/awkward layout for bathroom. Was great to have a washing machine but need a bigger drying rack as wasn’t able to wash/dry much because of this. Especially in winter. Spare towels / sheets would be great for longer stays.
