Não ter máquina de lavar e um certo cheiro de umidade (mofo) nos quartos. Pra quem é alérgico como eu, ataca logo.

"Location is good. Other things are very minimal"

Location is good.

Floor is not clean, not vacuumed Shower door can not close. Washer is not working. Not enough suppliers like tissues and garbage bags

"Apartment full of black mold and infiltrations"

The apartment has lots of infiltration and black mold. We couldn’t breath there. I had to call immediately the booking.com support to cancel the stay.

Séjour en famille à l'occasion des fêtes de fin d'année. L'appartement est très agréable, bien pensé et rénové, spacieux ( pour 4 personnes ) . C'était propre et bien équipé. Excellent emplacement aussi, à proximité du métro + tram, des commerces alimentaires et de restaurants. L'immeuble était très calme. Lurdes a été une hôtesse aimable, disponible et très accueillante qui mérite les commentaires élogieux précédents. Et polyglotte !

* l'appartement est un peu humide. Mais il suffit d'ouvrir un peu les fenêtres pour aérer. * effectivement, une petite casserole ou une bouilloire serait utile pour chauffer un peu d'eau ( il y a une machine à café à capsule cependant ) * le lave-linge était cassé quand on est arrivé. L'équipe Try Lisbon et Lurdes nous ont bien dépanné en attendant la réparation de cet équipement.

"Um apartamento confortável para 4 pessoas, com localização excelente e ótimo custo-benefício."

O atendimento foi excelente. A Sra Lurdes foi muito gentil e prestativa, especialmente quando precisei de ajuda na chegada. Por ser no térreo, facilitou o acesso aos meus pais, que são idosos. A localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes, metro e supermercados. Os 2 quartos comportam dois casais com conforto e há um sofá cama bem confortável na sala.

A única ressalva é que só há ar-condicionado na sala, poderiam instalar outros nos quartos também.
