Apartamento Chiado Carmo 53

Bruno had a warm welcome for us. He got some beautiful red roses for my wife, a bottle of wine and chanpagne . The location of the apartment was perfect and in the middle of mayor points of interest. We had everything we needed like at home.. Bruno is a nice and polite host. We recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you.

The apartment is exactly as described, and the location was exceptional. Not only was I very close to all the main tourist attractions, but it's in a quiet neighborhood also walking distance from many wonderful restaurants. I liked the professionalism of my host Bruno who was very detailed and helpful in explaining everything. I will gladly return !

What did I think of the breakfast? No breakfast provided. Location was very good. Nice to have host there to greet us and allow us to come a bit early (morning vs. afternoon arrival.). He was good about answering our questions about the place, restaurants, and sightseeing logistics. Price was good and it was nice to have the space afforded by an. actual apartment - think Airbnb without the premium these places often charge. A complimentary bottle of wine was nice. Being able to drink the tap water was good - no ill effects. Nice to be able to do a load of laundry. The exterior picture of the property doesn't reflect reality - this shows a square that is close. Google maps/Earth will help if you desire a view of the front door. The actual neighborhood was safe and not too far from the metro. Plenty of places to eat in the area, and a 'supermarket' about two blocks away. Fair amount of noise from upstairs during the day but decently quiet at night. The place was mostly clean and squared away - a recent renovation seems the case here.

Stairs to apartment a bit dicey but we are over 60 years old. Didn't care for the bedding or pillows and the bed made it difficult to get to both sides of the room. The shower/tub wasn't very clean and lacks a flat bottom. It is rather short and getting in and out was interesting, especially given the location of the toilet. Living room ok. We were there in January and it was a bit cool despite the two space heaters. Needs more places to hang wet items after rainy walks or doing laundry.

Bruno was very helpful and gave us lots of advice alit how best to spend our stay in Lisbon. We were given some lovely gifts on arrival. The location was comfortable, clean, had all we needed and was close by to the most populated areas as well as public transport. It was also well equipped.

Bruno is a wonderful host, the communication was impeccable. The apartment is small, but very clean and well equipped with everything you might need, including a lot of information about the city and the main points of interest. Even though it's right at the heart of the centre, at night it was quiet. Would recommend 100%!

Warm light instead of the cold white would be cosier, also maybe a non-slip rug in the bathtub could be helpful, but these are just minor details.

Central location. Host was very helpful and hospitable. Kitchen was well fitted.

Steep flight of steps to first floor. Lounge furniture a bit dated. Poor quality and unmatched towels. No towwl rails.

Apartment is in a perfect location close to many restaurants and attractions all in walking distance. Bruno is certainly a super host He met us upon arrival, provided alot of information and assistance and with wine, champagne and flowers. Loved Lisbon and loved our stay
