Spacious, nice view from the kitchen.

The kitchen utensils were well equipped but no consumables (eg. there was a coffee machine but no coffee, no kitchen towels etc). Bet linens could be cleaner... small hairs and specks of dust found on the bed sheet.

Coded boxes at the entrance door easy to use

This is a spotless and utilitarian apartment with a good deal of space in the living room and kitchen. The cleanliness and modern furnishings/appliances are impressive. The bathroom is great and has a washing machine, which unfortunately we didn't need! Communication was easy with quick replies, flexibility and willingness to help. We only stayed a few nights so didn't really mind the lack of certain kitchen items. As for the restoration work next door, it's real and appears to be long-term. But honestly, it did not bother us – by 8:30 a.m. you will be getting outside to explore the city anyway! And even on the morning we wanted to sleep in, it wasn't an issue.

Would appreciate small basics for a short-term stay, like a dish sponge and salt/pepper/sugar or a couple of coffee pods as a starter. TV/remote instructions would be helpful as well. Completely separate from the apartment itself, I didn't find this neighbourhood to be as walkable as I expected, for example in terms of finding places to eat later at night.
