The apartment is large and comfortable, you will have everything you might need. Having private rooftop access is amazing. The location is good, easy transport commute to the main sights. The host Ricardo is super-welcoming and caring, he provides helpful and practical advice at check-in and during the stay. We would definitely choose Ricardo's apartment again! :)

The apartment has a stunning terrace with views of the bridge and the river. It is spacious with all the amenities you would ask for and then some more you usually don’t have. It’s very central located. Parking is not difficult but even u have a public parking at walking distance for 7 eur a day (reserve via Telpark). The price is also very convenient when compared with similar properties. The owner was the most helpful one i had recently. Sometimes these details are above all things. Ah the internet is also super fast if you need to work from home.

Even if I don’t have any issues, i came in the coldest days of winter and as the house has so much space, is a little difficult to heat. But is completely worth the stay

Really beautiful apartment with a lot of space for our 1 year old to crawl around in. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Roof terrace with amazing industrial views of river, port area and bridge and behind of old Alcantara. Owner has great tips for the surrounding area.

We liked everything

Friendly host who doesn’t know that the local shops close at 10pm but thinks they close at 11pm, it’s 30min away from the city centre so for late arrivals that may make a difference. We loved the place. Very narrow staircase to the rooftop. It’s a place full of character, just like the owner Ricardo.

Deck chairs on the large rooftop would make a lot f sense to us:). Everything else was golden:), well maybe apart from the tea pot which was mouldy.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable, at a very good location, with a breathtaking rooftop deck. Ricardo was a really pleasant host with lot of great tips and recommendations, always accessable for any questions. Would definitely recommend and I hope we'll come back some time soon!

The apartment was fantastic and Ricardo was a brilliant host, meeting us at the property and giving us a great introduction to the apartment and the city. He was always available to assist with any questions we had. The rooms and facilities are great and the roof terrace is wonderful. We were lucky with the weather and it was such a perfect thing to come back to after a day of exploring. It has views of the river, docks and bridge, and is a great way to start, spend or finish your day. There are three mini markets within a couple of minutes of the apartment, as well as a few restaurants, bakeries and a great pizza place at the end of the street. The best ice cream I've ever tasted is also at Níva, just 5 minutes down the road. There are many transport options very close to the apartment and the water is just a few minutes away.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was perfect - the apartament, localization. Ricardo was very friendly and helpful,so definately we will come back later 🧡 We were with 7-month-old daughter and Ricardo prepared an infant bad - we didn’t even expect it. Once again, thank you for everything and we will remember that fantastic view.
