D_Loft River

It was in the perfect location to walk to many of the local attractions. It was spacious, clean and modern. The view is amazing! They even accommodated us with an early check-in which was above & beyond!

Just be aware that when parking in the garage with a manual transmission, the grade is very steep! Once parked, we were able to leave it there was walk every where on foot.

Very friendly and welcoming Carmen showed me around and had prepared a bottle of red wine, a basket full of fruits and 4 Pasteis de Nata, bottles of water, and juices in the fridge. The flat over views the river and the view is really lovely. However, the location is not very central ans you need to walk a bit before getting in the more touristic part of town. But you do have plenty of buses running nearby so quite convenient.

Maybe have double glazed windows for people that are a little sensitive to noise as living room overviews the rail station and big road. But the rooms are on the quiet side of the appartment on a back yard so much quieter.

Property is very large, it has a great view of the river, the trains arriving and any cruise ships arriving to park, and of course other boats out on the water. Which is great. Private parking is included that alone is a big advantage with off-site parking costing 20 to 25 euros per day everywhere else . The apartment has a washer and separate dryer. Although we didn't use it, the unit also has a large refrigerator. The big plus is the bottle of wine, 2 large waters, a couple of beers, a big bowl of fresh fruit, and some sweets left for us to enjoy, which is great. Property is well stocked it has plenty of pots and pans, a microwave, toilet tissue, and paper towels everything you need. Bedrooms are oversized, and each bedroom has a television. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, double sinks, and a bidday. The other bathroom has a shower. There is also a television in the living room and a large dining table. If this is the area you're looking for, it's a great deal. Come ready to relax, enjoy the apartment, and everything Lisbon has to offer.

The apartment is far from everything, which still isn't a bad deal. Just take an Uber or walk to the areas you would like to be in. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. The large sofa is plastic it looks good, but plastic material comes off on your clothes. It only has one electric plug near the beds, so if you need to charge a cell phone, you can, but if you have any other things that need charging, you will need to plug across the room or in another room. Interior doors, bathroom,bedroom doors do not lock, and entrance door to apartment is hard to unlock. I wish the beds had more than two small pillows. There were 4 decorative pillows but only 2 regular pillows on each bed. Would I stay at this location again? Only if I were looking to be in that area. It's a very large apartment location would be the only deal breaker for me.

we were met by Carmen who showed us how to access the garage and the apartment. it is a penthouse apartment with great views. the garage is a little tight to maneuver in.

It was comfy accommodation with a lot of space. The view was great, and welcome drinks (beers and wine) were a very nice gesture, as well as cake and fruit. The kitchen had everything we needed, two bathrooms were great. It was a great stay. The location is nice too, only half an hour of walking to the city center.

It was pretty cold (mid-January) when we entered the apartment, and we needed some time to get a decent temperature. The inventor in the living room worked great, but the air conditioners in the bedrooms could work better. We did not like that we had to pay 20 euros late check-in; we were there only 10 minutes after 8 pm and still had to pay it. Additionally, we had to pay 28 euros in taxes, even though Booking said taxes were included. There should also be more hot water; if I fill the bathtub, my roommate does not have hot water for himself. We-fi should be bit stronger, if we both were working in the same time connection was slow.
