Soul House - Exclusive Apartment

The location was excellent, close to most of the things we’d wanted to see in the old town. It was clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant next door a couple of times and had no problem with noise issues late at night.

It describes itself as a luxury apartment. It’s more accurately a room (a nice one at that) with an en-suite and a kitchen. It mentions city views - they are street views!

Loved the location! If traveling with city transportation, the B10 bus was very convenient and saves you the walk uphill from the metro. Lots of great restaurants close by.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Alfama. Nice and clean apartment with plenty of space; bathroom on small side but shower is spacious. Friendly and accomodating host.

It can get loud on weekends, especially with the restaurant next door. I say this more as a heads up, rather than negative; this is a lively part of the city after all.

Well equipped and clean apartment. It has everything I needed! Great location!

Two issues: 1) apartment had mosquitoes. I got covered in bites. 2). The apartment location is very noisy. There should be a code of conduct for at least people sharing the apartment complex. People were coming and going after midnight and we're so loud. This room is located right next to the main entrance that makes a buzzing noise Everytime someone enters or leaves.

Great location, lots of places for walking distance. Room very well furnished, very comfortable bed. Quiet apartment.

Bathroom is a bit problematic. We went in November, there is no heating in the bathroom, so it gets very cold and vet, even if the door remain open to the room. Shower is nice and big and will be awesome in warm months.
