FLH Downtown Amazing Flat

Great location. Very clean apartment with comfortable beds and high quality shower. Very safe and easy to access.

I liked everything about the property.

Great location, had everything you need and really nice mini balcony running along one side of the apartment

Floor was slightly sticky, some things in the bathroom were rusting

The location is superb. Staff extremely responsive and went out of their way for us!

Not a thing

The location was superb, just a block from Plaça do Comércio. The twin beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Apartment was simple but nice. The basic kitchen with amenities proved handy for preparing simple meals. The staff were consistently helpful and responsive.

Unfortunately, there was a strong and very unpleasant sewer smell emanating from the sinks, requiring us to cover them to avoid the stink in the whole apartment. Cleaning standards fell short, with long black hairs on the bathroom floor upon arrival, and numerous dirty cups and glasses needing a round in the dishwasher before use. Lastly, a minor detail, but more hooks for towels and tea towels would have been appreciated.

Sink had a slight smell and didn’t seem to be draining properly.

The sad thing is after 3 nights we had to leave ! We enjoyed our experience in every interaction with had w/Management .
