The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the property location is excellent and we had a perfect stay in Lisbon!

Bright .. good area Have sufficient facilities in the apartment Responsive host Supermarket nearby for milk juice etc Quite few restaurants and bars in walking distance so easy to get to without the noise WiFi works (no instruction so just scan the back of the modem) and Netflix for the rainy days My flight was delayed by hourssss so it would have meant a late check in fee … luckily I have a friend in Lisbon so the host agreed to leave key wi the my friend otherwise it would have been worse than bad start to my trip

The shower was leaking etc basically not working properly but host did manage to get it fixed after a couple of days and the replacement made a huge difference! The bathroom is a tight squeeze and does smell sometimes Not being on top floor means can hear upstairs footsteps .. but there were quite steep narrow stairs as it is Being in a block means one can hear people coming and going if they are loud and a few were A couple of nights could hear upstairs washing machine dryer droning for hours though it could work as white noise for sleep

Great location! Apartament comfortable for our 2+1 family. All you may need available on arrival. Good communication with the owner. We had the chance to leave the apartament couple od hours later - that helped us a lot!. Would be great to come back one day!

First of all, Paulo was a fantastic host! It felt like he was ready to help at any time and I couldn't ask for much from him. The collection from the airport was a great way to start the holiday. The location is great, lots going on within the area. Restaurants, nice wine bars, little supermarket, not far from lots of the cultural sights. The flat was a nice size for two people. Having a dishwasher was a nice plus, no one wants to do the dishes on holiday! Bathroom wasn't as small as I had read in other reviews, as a 194cm adult I had no troubles. The A/C was great. Very good value apartment.

We found the smell coming from the shower was a bit much at times. I noticed the smell in other toilets around the city, I am unsure of the source. The kitchen pots and pans were a bit lacking, we wanted to cook a couple nights and not having a proper sized pot or decent frying pan made it pretty tricky. We had to do pasta for two people in four batches. With the kitchen being pretty well equipped in other ways, a good oven, nice utensils it seems like it might be a missing piece. I don't think I would want to stay with more than my partner. The sofa bed would take up the whole living space.

The location was perfect. The location was quiet but also had easy access to all major destinations, public transport, restaurants. The kitchen was also well-thought-out and perfect for everything we needed.

The bathroom/sink/shower area was very small, to the point of being difficult to use. There were some ants, but the owner responded quickly and put down some ant traps. The bedding had some unpleasant-looking stains.
