L’emplacement est très bien. Commerces à proximité

Les photos sont trompeuses. Accès à l’étage ou se trouve l’appartement très compliqué. La porte d’entrée s’ouvre avec difficulté. Pas de chauffage, très mal éclairé, manque des ampoules, SDB vétuste, robinet cuisine qui fuit. Il y avait bien une Clim mais défectueuse. Appartement très mal isolé et très humide . Il n’y a que la vue qui est très belle et l’emplacement parfait. Alors qu’il suffirait juste un peu d’entretien. Et surtout l’accès qui est très difficile pour certaines personnes.

Amazing location in the Alfama area. The two separate bedrooms were good even though the second room was at the top of a tricky staircase.

The staircase to enter and exit the apartment is angled, treads are uneven and is very steep. To exit apartment we emptied our cases. Lowered them down the stairs on their straps and repacked on the pavement. Apartment is tired but functional.

Location.

The property was very dated externally and had very steep access which is understandable due to its location in the historic old town. However the interior was nothing like the advertised photos. The bedroom wall above the bed was covered in mould. The fabric of the bed was ingrained with stains. The wooden bedroom floor had a hole in.it. The bathroom was very dated and mouldy, the metal fixtures were rusty.. The electric socket in the living room was hanging off the wall with exposed wiring behind which was obviously dangerous.Despite there being an oven in the photo, this did not exist in reality and had been replaced by a kitchen cupboard. Due to the interior condition of the property we felt we could not stay there and so had to find alternative accommodation.

Mindjárt a központban található az apartman, gyalog és villamossal minden könnyen megközelíthető. Körülötte éttermek, kisboltok,üzletek.

A fürdőszobában a kádban régi,piszkos,fekete csúszásgátló volt illetve az egyik szoba dohos, penészszagú volt.

La ubicación es lo mejor de este alojamiento. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Necesita una reforma urgentemente. Sospecho que las fotos son de hace tiempo.... En cualquier caso, estuvimos a gusto
