FLH Gulbenkian Flat with Balcony

The apartment was a great location, 20 minute bolt / taxi ride from the airport, and to rossio square! Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well. Everything was clean and tidy, the beds and sofas were very comfy. Having a balcony was a bonus as well. We will be back!!! 😁

It was clean, the location was centric and the apartment is very pretty. It had all the amenities necessary for a long stay (coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, etc.)

It’s a bit dark, it would be nice if it could have direct sun light.

A well cared for apartment in a quiet and safe location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

The main door to the building needs a prominent number on it as it was difficult to find on day one in the dark.

There were 4 of us in the property, we slept for 5 nights. The bathroom was horrible, the tub and shower curtain were moldy, 3! (three) rolls of toilet paper were provided for 4 people for 5 days, the ceiling of the bathroom had been wet and moldy for a long time, the water leaked from the washing machine on the first night and it leaked for 5 days, leaking to the bottom of the bathroom. The sockets were loosely fitted and dangerous. There was 1 tea towel in the kitchen, no paper towels or napkins. The curtains in the bedroom were moldy, dirty and torn. The wall by the window was full of dirty marks from previous guests. I am attaching the photos. We couldn't find any words! The towels were not changed once for 5 days! We asked for 2 keys as there were 4 of us. They asked for a 30 euro deposit for the second key and when leaving the accommodation you should have gone back to the main office for the 30 euro. This is ridiculous. It wasn't worth the price even in February.

Location, proximity to public transport, shops and restaurants.

Great location, newly repaired apt, really clean and cozy. 2min to Gulbekian park, 10m to E8 park and Pombal.

Had to take keys in another location (Avenida). Construction works nearby, a bit noisy during the day.
