Communication was excellent and an easy transition with keys. Very helpful and friendly, checking I was ok whilst I was there and that I had everything to enjoy my stay.

Quite nice kitchen facilities and washing machine, in the heart of city center.

We stayed at the apartment 15 days. The apartment manager wrote me a warm letter and said she would love to help me with anything. I was on a diet and wanted to measure my weight every day, so I asked if she could buy a scale for me as it was not expensive and could be used by future tenants. She said she would think about it, but I didn't hear from her again. Of course, if you don't need a scale, you should find this apartment quite nice.

The location was excellent! The property was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a bonus as we were there during the heat wave!! Staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.

The location was amazing, and the apartment itself secure and comfortable. The host was nice and accommodating. Overall the apartment was clean and very well equipped.

The kitchen could have been cleaner, for my standards. I am a very organized and a clean person, so I had to additionally clean the kitchen once I have arrived. But it definitely wasn't terrible, far from it. I would definitely be back in the future.
