Excellent apartment, great location, the lady who welcomed us was amazing and attentive!

Everything was fine. The host is very nice. A little bit noisy from the traffic outside the street.

Very noisy at night

Absolutely nothing! They had issues with other guest on another property and so we had to wait 30 minutes on the road waiting for someone to check us in. The owner told us that the check in is performed by the cleaning lady and not directly by the owner, no problem for us except that she didn’t speak a single word of English. The understanding was really difficult for both of us. Then we had another problem regarding the payment method: we booked the house guaranteeing the payment at arrival by card; once there the cleaning lady wanted the payment only by cash and she started insulting us in Portuguese. We found a solution only thanks to Booking client services. In addition, house il small, the secondo bedroom in not an actual bedroom but a tiny space behind the kitchen and also the pillows were dirty. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Even though, check in is at 16.00, it was possible to get keys and leave the baggage inside the appartment from 12.00. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

Apartment is really noisy (I admit I did not read properly reviews of previous guests, so I could get prepared..) It is located on the second floor, windows only to the main street. The apartment is decorated like someone is living in there, there is many different decorations everywhere, it is difficult to find a place where to put personal stuff. The fridge was not properly cleaned. Bed linning was old... Additionally, it is not possible to pay by credit card (only cash and bank trasfer possible).

Our flight been delayed but the lady in the apartment has been waiting for us anyway. Great location for shops and restaurants. Very clean property

Second floor apartment next to busy street so even with closed windows you can’t avoid the sounds from outside. Can be uncomfortable especially at night - was no AC in the bedroom so with closed windows can be hard to fall asleep. The flat has lots of personal belongings - you feel like living in someone’s house

Amazing people and very accommodating

The hostess is very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean.
