L’emplacement central permet de tout faire à pied et de repasser en journée par la maison si besoin. L’appartement était très propre.

Il n’y a pas de climatisation et les deux ventilateurs sont extrêmement bruyants, il est très difficile de dormir avec. L’emplacement très central signifie aussi qu’on ne peut pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement, de même que le matelas du lit double, le sofa, la télé…

Todo muy bien. La ubicación. El apartamento en sí: es antiguo, pero muy bien reformado y cuidado (tiene encanto y es muy bonito). Muy limpio, la atención del personal. Todo excelente

Solo es un consejo para futuros huéspedes: el parking es muy complicado en la zona. Si van con coche, recomiendo reservar parking con antelación con una App tipo Telpark. Ofrece opciones económicas por días. A su llegada, pueden parar debajo del apartamento a dejar las maletas y ya ir a estacionar el coche el tiempo que estén en Lisboa. Hay parkings a 10, 15, 20 min caminando

The flat is big and in the best location! A stap from the city center, grocery, coffee, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped, wifi is strong. It was a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was too complicated. The day before I received messages from the staff asking to know a specific time of arrival. I gave a time estimate in the range of the standard check-in hours 16:00-18:00 and I received a lot of messages asking me to be punctual in arrival. I explained that I'm on vacation, that I don't want to be under time pressure and I certainly don't have the possibility to know the traffic on the road and the time to find parking, etc. Only after I applied through Booking, they left me alone. The email that automatically is sent about the city taxes is misleading, I paid 36 euros in cash as I was asked upon arrival and when I checked the booking invoice I saw that I had already been charged, I received an immediate refund, but this is something that can be avoided if they do not automatically ask to pay, but check if it has been paid. There is a big stain on the couch in the living room, it looks like someone peed there. You should change the pillows or clean them.

The best location! Very friendly and attentive host, always ready for help! Pleasant and clean apartment, easy check in and check out. I will always be happy to visit again😘

The location was in the center of many restaurants, cafes, and near the popular tourist sites. The apartment was also very clean and secure.

The apartment was warm without air conditioning, but fans helped cool down the area. Also, being in the center of it all parking was difficult but managed with a nearby parking garage.
