- la maintenance de la climatisation en cours ! mais bon il y avait une autre solution pour dépanner

Tiago muy buen anfitrión estuvo atento a resolvernos un imprevisto con el aire y nos lo resolvió fenomenal. Apartamento con habitación amplia y comedor confortable,buena zona tranquila cerca de estación de santos y de tranvía y autobús. Parking privado muy cómodo dejar el coche. Apartamento con todo lo necesario, en enseres de cocina y detalles de bienvenida. Cuentan con especias,sal azúcar,detergente.... Lo necesario de primer uso para cocinar,ademas plancha,lavavajillas,lavadora,cafetera.... Muy cómodo para estancia de 8 días tres personas. Además nos dio recomendaciones de que ver,un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Todo estuvo bien.aunque era un bajo tiene luz y no tiene malos olores.

Really great location. Apartment is extremely clean and well maintained - max points for it ! Garage is for free and easy accessible. Hosts are very friendly, they reply fast and make sure the stay is great. They do everything to help and make your stay very comfortable. There is great supermarket just few minutes away walking.

Both beds in apartment are very hard to sleep on (like a rock) The ceiling is very thin and you can hear a lot neighbours walking from early morning in their upstairs apartment.

My wife, 2 year old, and mother-in-law stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. It was meant to be 5, but our flight was cancelled due to the black out. Tiago was very accommodating, and made would could have been a very stressful experience a lot easier. The apartment was tidy and conveniently located near a tram line. Our 2 year old really appreciated the box of toys, and I really appreciated the cold beers in the fridge!

Excellent location, offering a pleasant walk to many sites. Well-equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.

The apartment was very clean; whoever did the cleaning did a great job. The apartment has necessary items at the kitchen to prepare and consume a meal. It has good TV channels to engage kids. One of the greatest benefits of this apartment is free parking in private garage next door. The battery of the remote for the garage door needs to be replaced but it worked from very close distance when i used it. The parking place is on -3 floor and some turns are a bit tight but approaching with right angle one can pass comfortably even with SUV. The apartment is on the hill, so walking back home is not easy. We used our car or walked to the city center and took a taxi back which was not expensive about 8 Euro (taxi had a meter). The apt is walking distance to city center. There are restaurants and shops on the same street which is very convenient. The apartment is on the street level but there are jacuzzi on the windows so you can close them and get privacy.

The mattress of the main bed is indeed not comfortable. I read about that in the reviews before the trip. We both had back pain after sleeping on that bed. Before this apartment we stayed in 3 apartments and only hear we had such issue. Other than that everything was great.
