Casa Da Severa Apartments

Olá, ficamos 5 dias na Casa da Severa e a experiência foi maravilhosa. Ambiente do apto muito acolhedor, limpeza primorosa, localização excelente. Comunicação com anfitrião foi perfeita. Adoramos os comércios nas proximidades, onde pudemos comprar itens para presentes, café da manhã e pequenos lanches. Fizemos muitas caminhadas a pé do apto para a Praça do Comércio, Praça dos Restauradores e Praça do Rossio, pontos turísticos estratégicos e pontos de saídas para passeios fora de Lisboa. Foi perfeito! A localização da casa, apesar de ser no centro histórico, era plano, não tinham muitas ladeiras. Amamos!

A questão do banheiro ser muito pequeno, mesmo pra mim que sou uma mulher pequena e com 1,50m de altura e o mais difícil é que a torneira do chuveiro e controles da temperatura são muito altas. Sempre tinha que pedir ao meu marido para abrir e ajustar a temperatura. Se estivesse sozinha, seria um grande problema.

The hot water in the shower lasted about 2-5mins before it was freezing cold.

Close to everything & the beautiful Fadoi music across the street. Lived like locals and washed our laundry in the sink and hung out the window to dry

Kitchen & shower were adequate, but tight . Not disappointed, enjoyed our time there.

The apartment was overall very nice, cosy atmosphere, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet at night and very well located (central enough to reach a lot of areas of the city by foot, metro station 5 minutes by foot, Rossio train station 10-15 mins by foot)

The bathroom is really small, basically you can't move with the door closed. Also the shower tap was very weirdly located very high up on the wall, for me was still possible to reach but for a shorter person it would have been very difficult if not impossible so take that into account! Also the area is a bit sketchy with a fair amount of people that might or might not stop you for money etc, we didn't feel unsafe and everything was good, but it can be a bit intimidating or scary especially if you are arriving alone, so we wanted to share this information so others know what to expect when they arrive.

De locatie was perfect, superdicht bij het centrum. Ook zeer proper appartement. De man hielp ons zo snel mogelijk en was zeer aardig. Zelf was ik iets vergeten in het appartement en hij heeft het direct opgestuurd!

L'appartamento è piccolo ed è al secondo piano di una palazzina storica, dotato di tutto ciò che serve, è carino ed è situato nel centro storico della città proprio a due passi dalle principali piazze e dal castello. Il quartiere, oseri dire che è il luogo dove nacque il "Fado" e proprio di fronte all'appartamento c'è un ristorantino che fra una portata e l'altra intervalla con questa musica. Beh io non avrei altro da aggiungere per non scoprire troppo e rompere ogno incanto. Visitate Lisbona!

L’emplacement est idéal pour se balader à Lisbonne. L’appartement est confortable et propre.

Le placement. Il n'était pas loin des monuments importants à voir et surtout des divers transports en commun permettant de voir les autres et de profiter de voir tout. Facilité de déplacement.

L'appartement est idéalement situé à promiximite de nombreux transports en commun ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Petit bémol, le quartier qui le soir est peu recommandable ...
