Very good location

The apartment is quite cold, not enough heating. One of the rooms opposite the entrance was dusty. Facilities information is a bit misleading, thought have three showers, but only two. There are three toilets, one is with bath & shower, and the other one is shower only, but this toilet is a small one.

Amplios espacios para toda mi familia, bien dotado de implementos en la cocina.

El piso en madera algo deteriorado, sistema de calefacción se queda corto para el tamaño del apartamento y por ultimo que no tiene ascensor

Tudo! Está super bem localizado, tem uma estação de metro a 100/200 metros. Tem supermercados próximos. Imensas camas para dormir por isso é perfeito para famílias grandes ou fins de semana com amigos. Tem aquecimento em todas as divisões e utensílios para cozinhar.

Uma vez que está bem referenciado em muito sítio, as escadas tornam difícil para se houver gente com menor mobilidade. Tem 3 casas de banho sendo que apenas 2 tem chuveiro, ou seja, dependendo da quantidade de pessoas podem ser poucas.
