Fantastic view from the balcony, high ceilings, spacious, close to everything: food, bars, cafe, supermarkets.

The area is fantastic overlooking a public square but the weekend crowd very rowdy, young and the noise level is high during the evening and well into the early am. Not a problem if you like an energetic and vibrant atmosphere! But if you are looking for a quiet weekend evening it might be a bit too lively for those more introverted.
