Amazing Flat - Pool and Parking

The pool was great, views were fantastic, very spacious apartment, close to many shops and restaurants and not to far from the city.

Hairdryer was broken, boiler had some issues, bathroom door handles were broke, minor issues.

It was clean and tidy. It was organized and smelled lovely. Nice free toiletries and available coffee, biscuits and some cooking basics (olive oil, salt, etc). Tv was nice and modern and we managed to log in to streaming services. Garage spot available and easy to park. Nice view of Lisbon. Great local area and close to shopping center and metro.

Accessibility for buggies or wheelchairs is a bit tricky and it's through the garage. Some of the plugs in the wall did not work. Lamps in bedroom unfortunately didn't work either. The boiler kept going off due to a setting issue when its windy, but it happened every single time we used the hot water for more than 3min.

The swimming pool.

Half stay WITHOUT INTERNET. We need to walk almost 1 km to Oriente and be able to work with a personal computer. The building is located in a residential area. The technician arrived one day at 8:00 AM to repair the problem with the router. We had to get up early on vacation and give our time to solve this inconvenience. The heater goes off with the wind. There was an detailed instruction about how to turn it on but it is uncomfortable in the middle of a hot shower to receive a cold jet because the heater turns off. You must get out of the shower and go to turn it on. That kind of problems should be anticipated by the owner before renting. We hire under the published conditions. The owner's only interest was to receive municipal taxes in cash. I expect a refund for all the inconveniences in our holidays, terms and conditions publicated were far away from we received.

Location is great, near to airport and outside of city central so more quite. Close by to industrial business therefore had shops, restaurants and close by public transport 5-10mins from metro, trains and bus. Apartment was clean, spacious and a lot of facilities such as cooking facilities, washing machine, coffee machine and foldout couch

The check in is very very confusing, I think the host did her best to explain but overall it became complicated. It's easier just to show up, enter the code for the gate and speak to the front desk than to follow her instructions. The wifi was horrible, something about external power cable, apparently was fixed but we kept having issues with connection, super frustrating. The hot water for the shower would take a long time to heat and sometimes would turn off so have to turn back on from the kitchen hot water unit and shower hose needs replacing as leaking. The phone intercom would beep throughout the night so we had to take it off the hook

The location is fantastic. The apartment is charming.

The key collection instructions were not sent to me. There were no instructions regarding entrances or how to open the gates. The sofa bed was broken, and no linen was provided for the third guest to make the sofa bed even though the reservation was made and paid for 3 guests.

Good location - metro, bus, and train station nearby. There are a lot of restaurants and a big shopping mall within walking distance.

Not possible to sleep with an open window because of the noise from a busy street and trains.
