Locatie is zalig, leuke buurt en dichtbij alles wat je zou willen zien in Lissabon!

Het enige minpuntje (buiten de stijle trap, maar die wordt genoeg genoemd): het zetelbed is niet comfortabel.

Apartament w centrum.starej dzielnicy. Do tramwaju 28 tylko 3 minuty. Wszystkie atrakcje blisko. Cisza. Wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko sklepy.

Bylam w styczniu. Niestety ogólna wilgoć Czuć stechlizną. Pani dała kaloryfery elektryczne. Ale niewiele pomagały. Polecam apartament gorąca. Ale nie w porze deszczowej.

Muito confortável e acolhedor muito limpo e organizado Muito bem localizado perto de muitas monumentos que se pode visitar a pé!!! Castelo de São Jorge, Sé, panteão, miradouro portas do sol e muitos mais!!

La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de todo y un barrio con un encanto único. El apartamento muy limpio, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. Se aparca con facilidad a pesar de estar muy cerca del centro. Y tiene un añadido especial, que pasa el mítico tranvía 28 casi por la puerta.

La struttura carina e pulita. Posizione buona e servita dai mezzi pubblici. Unico inconveniente le scale non proprio comode.

Arrivati alla struttura abbiamo dovuto pagare una differenza perché avevano preparato una culla invece di un letto singolo per nostra figlia di 25 anni. Ci hanno detto che nella prenotazione c’era segnalato bambino, vero ma io avevo inserito l’età e optato per un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo. Però velocemente è stato preparato il letto.

Appartamento molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato cucina attrezzata anche con olio, aceto e sale, zucchero, caffe. Anche in bagno erano presenti bagnoschiuma, shampoo salviette ecc.

scale un po' ripide all'ingresso, per noi non sono state un problema ma forse per persone anziane possono essere difficili da salire.

Emplacement idéal avec jolie vue depuis la mezzanine. Appartement petit mais très bien pour un couple avec enfant. Très bien insonorisé et assez lumineux. Nous y avons séjourné en octobre et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur.

L'accès à l'appartement et à l'espace couchage se fait par des escaliers très raides. La mezzanine mériterait d'être sécurisée avec une barrière enfant. Il y a un léger souci d'évacuation de l'eau dans la douche mais qui semble inhérent à la construction de l'immeuble. Enfin, il n'y a pas de machine à laver ni d'espace pour étendre le linge à proprement parler.
