The check-in process was very easy. Even though I arrived past midnight, I was met at my arrival by the representative of the owner who gave me the keys and showed me the apartment.

The only negative point is that it is rather noisy due to traffic; one can also hear the planes arriving at Lisbon airport

Schöne Unterkunft, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Flug, Regen und Autobahnlärm. Leider keine Dämmung am Dach und bei den Fenstern.

Boa localização, boa limpeza, fácil de pegar as chaves, confortável, transporte publico próximo e acessível. Local ideal para 1 ou 2 pessoas.

Barulho em função de obras próximas.

Smells like mold

The facilities are perfect for a couple days or an extended stay in Lisbon. The only minus is the noise - it is quite loud, especially when the plane flies overhead. However, I believe that is only a problem if you have trouble sleeping, otherwise it is not bad. The apartment is quite spacious for two people, you even have a small kitchen. Great stay!

Location, nearby are bus stations, silent neighbors

No air conditioning

The interior was good. All the goods was provided. Even coffee machine. The bed was comfortable.

There were no slippers given, the floor was cold. The neighbor has a big black dog, that barked every time.

If you are interested in art, there is a nice neighbourhood nearby (LR Factory) with a cool vibe

The apartment was definitely not 40 m2; closer to 35 m2 I would say. Also, the view over the city means a panel on the left side of the bed. We also couldn't find the Wi-fi ... and the internet had quite poor every now and then for someone using 4G :)
