"Good enough to stay or or two nights."

The apartment was ok. The location near to the centre.

The pillows were afwul Welcome kit did not include shower towels The owner did not even include a bottle of water in the fridge.

"It is just manageable for a day stay but I would not prefer here for longer stay"

Instruction were well described

Size of room quite small and tight even for two people. Photos look great but in reality it wasn't accurate. No toaster. Crockery could have been better, even though we did not cook or made breakfast or use it much. The room was extremely hot and fans provided were quite weak and slow.

"Good option for a stay in Lugano"

Nice, comfortable apartment not far from the lake. It has everything you need for a stay. Very kind from the host to provide a bottle of wine, beer can, water bottle, fruits and snacks. Check-in instruction might look bit complicated but not at all.
