The pool was great the security and reception staff were terrific. The apt was absolutely immaculate and the bed and shower were great!,,I will return to this accommodation and do not hesitate to recommend it to others!

"Confortable pour une nuit mais bruyant"

La proximité de l’aéroport, le confort du lit et la Clim marchait très bien.

Logement vétuste : le sol n’était pas en très bon état. Bruyant : logement à proximité du hall d’entrée donc on entendait le talkie walkie du garde + les coqs en bas de la fenêtre.

"Female working at security desk in Building A is a horrible, mean person. Other security are nice"

Pool was okay. Internet was good. Most of the personel working there are nice - NOT the female working at security desk in Building A, she is a horrible, mean person. The other security personel are nice.

The female working at security desk in Building A is a horrible, mean person. The other security personel are nice. We couldn't collect our pool passes when we checked into the room. The horrible, mean female working at security desk in Building A, she refused to give me the pool passes. She said that I had to go to the room first, then walk back down to the security desk to get the pool passes. I walked back down and got these pool passes. I asked another employee why I needed to walk to the room first, then make an additional trip to collect the keys. Why the woman made me make an extra trip. This second person asked the mean female security guard why she made me make the extra trip. The mean woman's response (per translator) - "Because I can". This is what passes for customer service...? The female working at security desk in Building A is a horrible, mean person. The other security personel are nice.
